How Browser Audio Cleans Phone Speakers
When water enters the speaker cavity of an iPhone or Android phone, surface tension traps droplets inside the micro-perforated grille. Our tool generates low-frequency resonant sound waves (typically 130 Hz to 250 Hz with 165 Hz pulses). At these specific frequencies, the speaker diaphragm achieves maximal physical displacement (excursion), generating rapid air pulses that break the liquid's surface tension and push droplets outward.

Safe 4-Step Speaker Rescue Procedure

- 2Position the device face-down: Angle the bottom or earpiece speaker downward toward a folded dry cloth or paper towel so gravity assists moisture escape.
- 3Set volume to 80–100%: High volume generates the necessary acoustic excursion. (Never wear headphones while running this tool!).
- 4Run 1 to 3 cycles: Run a 30-second cycle. Wipe away expelled droplets and test audio clarity. If still muffled, allow 30 minutes of natural ambient drying before repeating.

- Do not use heat: Hairdryers or ovens melt glue and destroy battery seals.
